There aren’t enough positive adjectives in the English language to describe how much of a blessing Caiti Goeden is to Hi5.
Caiti, our operations manager, is sort of a Jack of all trades (and a master of all of them).
She makes sure everybody is on track with their work. She handles some administrative duties. She makes sure everyone gets paid on time… and that’s just barely scratching the surface of what she does.
Now that we think about it, we’re having a hard time thinking of something she hasn’t done to help out her Hi5 family.
When we need somebody to hold us accountable, we have Caiti. When we need a person to help us plan things out, Caiti is there. When things get hectic and stress levels rise, Caiti is around to keep us all sane.
This Western Governors University graduate does so much around the office, but she loves solving problems more than anything else.
“I enjoy if I find a problem and can help solve it. Yeah, solving problems, and researching and putting the time and effort to solve that problem. That’s my favorite part [of my job].”

Hi5’s Five Burning Questions
Hi5: Most embarrassing moment?
Caiti: I called my teacher mom once, but I just don’t get embarrassed super easily. I just try to laugh at myself.
Hi5: If you found a hippo and you couldn’t get rid of it, what would you do?
Caiti: I’d keep it!! I would build it a giant pool! Isn’t that every girl’s dream, to have a hippo? I’d figure out a way to keep it. Hopefully it’s tame. I really like baby animals, so if it’s a baby, that’s a plus. I’m sure they’re like dogs if you train them right.
Hi5: What were you like in high school?
Caiti: Depends who you ask. I was a really good kid. I got straight A’s. All the teachers loved me. Toward the end of high school I skipped every once in awhile, but I got away with it because I was such a good kid before.
Hi5: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?
Caiti: I’d love to just backpack the rest of my life… I really want to experience different cultures, but, more so, some spiritual trips, too.
Hi5: What song best describes you?
Caiti: Gangster’s Paradise.
