If your practice is all over the map online (inconsistent names, incorrect hours, wrong phone numbers, duplicate listings, etc.), Peyton Branch is the guy you want helping you out.
Peyton is one of Hi5’s reputation managers, and he is basically a wizard.
From Google to Healthgrades, Peyton works hard to make sure your practice information is correct and consistent across all platforms, even if it means he’s on the phone with support for a few hours.
“When you look up a practices’ name on Google, people have a valid complaint of often finding the wrong information.”
But Peyton’s job doesn’t stop there. He then moves on to helping tell practices’ stories online. He makes sure company descriptions and bios are filled out. He uploads photos and videos wherever he can because he knows visual elements are absolutely vital.
If a practice is struggling to get reviews, Peyton helps it generate more. If a practice already has a lot of reviews, Peyton works to make sure they keep rolling in.
Peyton even played the role of turkey for us at one point.
Peyton does so much, but his favorite part of coming to work is engaging with people on social media.
“Social media and engaging with customers [is my favorite part of my job.] I feel like we’re good at it, and we have a lot to offer.”
When he’s not at the Hi5 office, he’s working photo booths for Premier. It’s his job to help make weddings and events more fun and help people capture memories that will last a lifetime. In other words, we aren’t sure there’s a time Peyton isn’t helping people out.
This University of Tennessee graduate just never stops going, and we’re incredibly thankful to have him!

Hi5’s Five Burning Questions:
Hi5: Favorite Guilty Pleasure Song/Movie?
Peyton: High School Musical. That’s my guilty pleasure. I’m just gonna go ahead and say it. High School Musical 1, 2 and 3 are instant classics. It’s the songs. They bring me back to the good old days of high school choir, and I miss singing. I sang all through elementary school, middle school, high school, college. Singing was a big part of my life, and I miss that. I guess that’s where this comes from.
Hi5: What’s one thing you’re secretly good at?
Peyton: Frisbee golf. I made a hole in one frisbee golfing about two months. I didn’t get it on video, but that was a pretty big time in my life.
Hi5: If we wrote you a check for $10 million, what would you do?
Peyton: I’d buy a really sweet bike, the best one you can get. All carbon. I’d buy a house, and I’d buy my parents a house. Also, I would give to Autism Speaks. My girlfriend works with autistic children, and seeing what she does and what those families go through makes it something I’d really like to give to.
Hi5: If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Peyton: I’d love to see the Tour de France in person, and follow it for all three weeks. I want to go where they go and see the vineyards/see my cycling idols.
Hi5: You can be any animal for a day. What do you choose?
Peyton: That’s easy. A hawk. I’d just fly up to the tallest building in Nashville and chill. Then I’d fly around a little more. It’d be awesome.
