You’ll be introduced to your Client Success Manager who will be your main point of contact.
Schedule an onboard call to discuss goals with your Success Manager and collect the information we need to start your projects.
We will discuss your goals and create a custom plan oriented around what you hope to achieve this year. We will review and sign off on this roadmap during the Statement of Work call.
Clear communication is key, so we will have weekly video calls for the first 10 weeks of your contract and monthly calls every month after that.
